NEW HAIR

So, I have been thinking about changing my hair for a while now. I'm getting tired of the whole 'black matt' look tbh. So, I decided I'm going back to my original hair colour - red, only I'm dying it a tad brighter than my natural shade for some mega oomph! (I think it'll look epic; touch wood). I have one small dilemma, though; you can't dye red over black! GAH! I'm so frustrated with it. I'm either going to have to pay a fortune to get it stripped at this length, or get it CUT and STRIPPED, which maybe cost more, I don't know? Or, my third and most gruesome option is to let the black grow out naturally which is going to leave me with red roots and black hair. EUGH! So, does anybody have any ideas of how much stripping will cost?

    you can buy a stripper from super drug for like 5/6pound. it makes your hair go orange and ginger and weird, but then you put the red on top, and it goes sweeeeet, i did it a few month ago. i cant remeber the make of the stripper, il find out and get back to you
